EA Advocacy Guide


Recently, Ruth Bourquin from the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute released a an advocates guide titled “Emergency Assistance (EA) Advocacy Guide: A Guide to Emergency Shelter and Rehousing Services for Homeless Families with Children in Massachusetts.” The manual is broken down into 5 parts titled: Emergency Assistance Eligibility; EA Placements and Terminations; Disability Accomodations; EA Appeals; and Finding New Housing.
