The Department of Early Education and Care released a memo on Wednesday, May 12th titled “Access to Child Care for Homeless Families,” which outlines the locations and criteria for accessing child care services. Brad Kramer of Horizons for Homeless Children presented a detailed look at the information from the memo to the Boston Membership Meeting at Homes for Families.
